March 2006

Maveric Systems, one of India’s top three independent software testing companies with a strong focus in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) vertical, today announced that it has been accredited by the UK – based, Information Systems Examinations Board (ISEB) of The British Computer Society (BCS). Recognized by corporate houses in Europe as a pre-requisite for software testing professionals, the coveted ISEB accreditation affirms that Maveric has matured content, processes and delivery mechanisms for testing competency development.

Maveric at this point of time has a large presence in the UK and is in the process of delivering pilots in the onsite-offshore model. The potential partners include renowned system integrators in the area of insurance, telecom and healthcare.

Mr Ranga Reddy, CEO, Maveric Systems. “UK is an extremely important market in Maveric’s growth strategy with our operations doubling every quarter. As competition becomes more intense in this geography, this acclaimed accreditation gives us a distinct advantage, as we are the only Indian company operating in UK with this accreditation”.

Mr Ranga Reddy added, “Maveric has fully met its financial projections for 2005-06 and established a sound base in the Middle East and US. Projections for the next year are to the tune of 7 Million dollars with a strong emphasis on offshore delivery. Further in 2006-07, we will be investing considerably in productisation of Maveric’s proprietary test frameworks, in the banking vertical”.
