Air Hostess Academy (AHA) takes flight with Cambridge

University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) will provide a seal of approval for the Air Hostess Academy’s one-year Diploma Programme.
Ann Puntis, Chief Executive of University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) will sign an agreement to validate AHA's Diploma Programme.
AHA's one-year Diploma is already a leading qualification in India for the aviation services and hospitality sector. Over 4,000 candidates graduate each year from Centres across India and progress into careers for domestic and international airlines and leading hotel chains. Now, with CIE providing quality assurance of AHA's assessment and standards, students can be assured that they have received the highest quality training the industry can provide.
Speaking on this occasion Ms. Sapna Gupta, CC said “AHA is the first Indian institute of its kind to be validated by CIE. Now, with CIE providing quality assurance of AHA's standards, students can be assured that they will receive the highest quality training the industry can provide”.
CIE’s Chief Executive Ann Puntis said: "This agreement marks the beginning of what will be a fantastically important relationship between CIE and the Air Hostess Academy.
"AHA's one-year Diploma provides hugely practical and relevant training for young people and with CIE’s support we expect that it will go from strength to strength.”
University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) is the world’s largest provider of international qualifications for 14-19 year olds. CIE qualifications are taken in 150 countries and recognised by universities, educational providers and employers across the world.
Under the agreement signed, CIE will use its extensive resources and expertise to quality assure AHA’s one-year Diploma programme. CIE staff and consultants will review the teaching and assessment procedures at AHA's Centres throughout India, and provide coaching for AHA's administrative and academic staff.
