Usage of cell phones in the world is increasing in a rapid speed. It becomes a fashion for everyone in this modern computer world. Whether the necessity is there or not, people would like to have a cell phone.

When they use the cell phone, while walking on the road, traveling in the bus, cycle and two wheeler, etc., they do not bother about the circumstances. They are totally forgetting what is happening around them while speaking through cell phones. They don’t bother to see the road when they cross it. There are so many accidents happened due to their carelessness. People’s concentration is only on the conversation with the person whom they are talking to. Though there is a law, do not use cell phones while driving, people just don’t bother to adhere it.

When you see a person walking on the road, talking to himself, you may feel that he is a mad man, especially when he speaks hands-free. The way he talks through cell phone and moves his hands here and there and sometimes shouting, does not look nice in a public place.
