It is mandatory to give a letter of declaration as part of the project report according to most of the educational institutions that offer MBA programme in India.

Declaration is the statement that is given by the candidate who confirms that the project work presented is his/her independent work and it has not been presented by him/her to acquire any other diploma or degree.

The letter of declaration will usually countersigned by his/her academic guide under whom the candidate has executed the research work.

A model declaration is given below for your reference. However, it is advised that the candidate check with the respective institution where he/she is pursuing the course on this since the declaration formats may slightly vary from institution to institution.
