It is mandatory that the project guide of the candidate to issue a letter of certificate that will be kept in the project report as per most of the educational institutions that offer MBA programme in India.

Certificate is the statement that is issued by the academic guide confirming that the project work is the independent research work of the candidate and it has not been presented by him/her to acquire any other diploma or degree.

A model certificate is given below for your reference. However, it is advised that the candidate check with the respective institution where he/she is pursuing the course on this since the format of the certificate may slightly vary from institution to institution.
